Hotel software for small hotels

Your reception, your channels and your guests in one place.

Takfap runs the desk work a small hotel does every day — bookings, rooms, housekeeping, guest messages — and answers your guests in their own language while you are busy.

Free while in trial. No card, and nothing to install.

What it does

An assistant that answers guests

It replies on WhatsApp and on your website from facts you wrote yourself. It never invents a price, a Wi-Fi code or a free room, and it hands the conversation to you when it is unsure.

A room planner you can actually read

Rooms down, nights across, guests written into their stay. Move somebody to another room by dragging them; overlapping nights are marked and a clash refuses to save.

Your channels stay in step

A direct booking closes the room on Booking.com, and an OTA reservation appears on your board. One calendar instead of four.

Guests looked after without you typing

A welcome message, the arrival-time question the day before, Wi-Fi and house rules on check-in, and a rating request when they leave. Each one sent once.

You can see what your neighbours charge

Rates collected every morning, on the channel you choose, quoted for the number of people your rooms actually sleep — with your own listing shown in the same ladder.

The desk, on a phone

Arrivals, stays, tasks and the room board on iOS and Android, with a notification when a booking lands while the phone is in a pocket.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Open the account

A name, an email and a password. Your hotel exists a second later, with a website already live.

  2. 2

    Work the checklist

Rooms, rates, contact details and the answers your assistant is allowed to give. Each item links to the screen that fixes it, and it is computed from what is really there.

  3. 3

Point your own domain at it

Type your address into Settings and copy the two DNS records it shows you. Until then your site is live on the address we give you.

English, Albanian and Italian — every screen

Your staff work in the language they speak, your guests read the site in theirs, and the assistant replies in whichever language a guest wrote in. Not a translated menu over an English product: every screen, both apps, and every message a guest receives.

Start with your rooms and see it working.

Nothing to install, and nothing to migrate before you can look. Add a floor of rooms and your site is taking bookings the same afternoon.
